SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
Assist in developing a uniformed message across our websites and various social media sites
Generate, edit, publish, and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Create the look, layout and features of the firmâ€™s multiple websites
Set up and optimize our company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Collaborate with other departments to development content and enhance our strategy.
Implement thoughtful UX/UI practices to ensure the best user experience
Demonstrate social media experience and use of their analytical tools
Strong time management and organization skills
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
Knowledge of online marketing and the major marketing channels.

Assist in helpdesk troubleshooting and technical phone support
Responsible for PC and software updates and rollouts
Develop reports in Microsoft Access pulling information from various databases and tables
Responsible for maintaining IT inventory
Bachelor's degree preferably in CS/IS or related field.
Proficient Microsoft Access
Knowledgeable in computer programming and networking
Ability to carry heavy computer equipment (up to 40lbs)
